Facebook has over 400 million active users and every month, Facebook members spend over 951 man-years on the site. Facebook is passing Google this year as the most visited site in the US.

Facebook is going to earn somewhere between $710M and $1.1B in revenues this year.

Google have a $27B revenue run rate for 2010 based on Q1 2010 earnings [Conservative since revenue grew 23% since Q1 '09]

Google has had a long time to learn about printing money efficiently. But even so, having Facebook’s revenue beat by a factor of 25 by another business with similar traction is a blush-worthy statistic for any executive team. So why the discrepancy?
